Factory Hand

Duties:

Loading of bottles on to the conveyors
Packing of bottles into cartons
Operating packaging machines such as Case Packer and Retail Packer
Stacking of cartons on to pallets
Cleaning of packaging hall, warehouse and site as required
Emptying of waste bins and recycling bins as required
Operating the floor scrubber
Scrubbing of conveyors and machines with detergents
Scrubbing out IBCs and helping with the filling process
Assisting with the batching and loading of liquid sugar
Assist with Devanning of containers, and hand loading of containers for customers
Rework of customers products
Additional duties may include, but not be limited to – Laundry activities, mopping of floors, weeding of gardens and weed eating around site, washing rubbish bins, sweeping the yard.
