From our state-of-the-art bottling plant we are able to offer filling services for a broad range of products. For complete product safety, we have an independently audited full HACCP based Food Safety Programme in place along with being NZs only Non-Wine BRC certified Beverage Co-Manufacturer..

Warm/Hot (Pasteurisation) and Cold Fill Line
Current filling capabilities:
• Bottles; PET
• Sizes; 250ml – 3.0 Litre
• Capping: 38mm Flat & Sports style closures with or without induction seals.

Still, Carbonation and In-Bottle Tunnel Pasteurisation Line
In addition to the above Pure Bottling recently invested in a state of the art Carbonated Filling Line which has enabled us to provide the following additional capabilities:
Current Filling Capabilities:
Bottles: PET or Glass.
- PET: 250ml – 1.5 Litre
- Glass: 150ml – 1.5 Litre
Capping:
- PET - 28mm PCO, 28mm flat cap (PET)
- Glass 28MM ROPP, Crown Seal.
In bottle pasteurisation or cold/ambient with the option of Velcorin dosing.
